Meet The Speakers

Katy Owens, MOT, OTR/L

Katy Owens works as an acute care occupational therapist in Northern Colorado and owns an occupational therapy private practice that specializes in pain management. Prior to her current career as an occupational therapist, Katy served in the United States Coast Guard. An injury and her subsequent rehabilitation ignited her interest in OT and launched her passion to advocate for a biopsychosocial approach to pain management that is combined with an occupation-based approach.
