Meet The Speaker

Esther is a Speech Language Pathologist with more than 25 years of experience. She has gained her experience in evaluating and treating children in early intervention, private practice, school based settings, and sensory gyms. Esther works for several Early Intervention agencies throughout New Jersey. She supervises Speech Language Pathology Assistants working in the California Early Intervention System. Esther is a PROMPT level 2 trained therapist, a Hanen Certified therapist, Interactive Metronome Provider, Hippotherapy Level 1 therapist, and is certified in Therapeutic Listening, Astronaut Training, and Yoga/Pilates for children with special needs, She has a special interest in working with primitive reflexes and therapeutic play to facilitate better communication outcomes. Esther has been trained in Oral Motor therapy, SOS Feeding Therapy, AEIOU Feeding, and Beckman Oral Motor. She has an emphasis in DIR Floortime Approach. Esther is particularly interested in working with the dynamics of the family to increase functional communication skills. Esther also provides therapy for children diagnosed with autism, apraxia, sensory integration differences, receptive/expressive language delays as well as articulation/phonological processes and auditory processing differences.
